Homeboy Industries, started by Father Gregory Boyle, is the most successful gang rehabilitation program in the country.  Based in Los Angeles, CA this organization employs hundreds of former gang members in their various industries. These industries include a bakery, silk screening shop, two cafes, tortilla chip and salsa manufacturing, and their administrative facility in downtown LA.  They also offer free classes and tattoo removal at their facility.
